Caution, Less Sleep Causes Heart Problems
Life became more modern, making
urban communities often lack of
sleep. Sleeping four to five hours
per day so commonplace. In fact,
studies show sleep deprivation
can make heart problems.

America (RSNA). Researchers from
the University of Bonn, Germany
saw the condition of the heart in
people with erratic working hours
and overtime.
Apparently, the people who slept
an average of about three hours

shrink, to shorten life.
