Don't judge it on looks alone!
Although pistachio pudding and
coffee don't look that appetizing
together, this is one of the best pies
I've had! A very good lazy cake / pie
recipe.
Ingredients
2 packets pistachio pudding mix
3 cups milk-based coffee drink
1 oreo pie crust
1 Hershey chocolate bar
4 tablespoons peanut butter
1 tablespoon coconut oil
Method
1. Combine pudding mix
packets with coffee (I
used Califa Farms brand
almond milk triple shot
mocha) mix until all the
powder has been
incorporated then pour the
pudding into the pie crust.
2. Place pudding/pie crust in
the fridge and let it sit for
30 minutes.
3. In a mixing bowl combine
coconut oil, peanut butter
and chocolate.
Microwave for 20-30
seconds or until chocolate
starts to melt. Mix
ingredients together and
add on top of the pudding
mix in the pie crust.
4. Leave in the refrigerator
for another 30 minutes
before serving, and enjoy!
