One of the most delicious cakes I've
ever had the privilege of making and
it makes alot of cake for not alot of
money
Ingredients
1 box chocolate fudge cake mix
1 box vanilla cake mix
1 box strawberry cake mix
3 packages cream cheese
1 large tub whipped topping
2 (12 oz) packages semi-sweet
chocolate chips
1 1/3 cup heavy cream
2 TSP unsalted sweet cream
butter (optional)
1 1/2 cup sugar
Method
1. Make all cake as directed
on box either in one large
sheet per cake or for 2
separate cakes use two
round cake pans per cake
2. Allow cakes to cool
completely top side up
3. Mix together cream
cheese and sugar until
creamed with electric
mixer
4. Fold in whipped topping.
(Do not over mix or it it
will not set up properly)
5. Layer mixture between
layers of different cakes
evenly with chocolate on
top smooth sides of cake
cover and allow to set up
in refrigerator for at least
2 hrs for best results
allow to set up overnight
6. Put chocolate chips and
butter in heat safe bowl if
making two cakes 1
package of chocolate
chips at a time per cake
7. Bring heavy cream to a
simmer where bubbles
just start around edge of
pan (DO NOT OVER BOIL
YOU WILL HAVE TO
START OVER IF YOU DO)
8. Pour hot heavy cream
over chocolate chips
stand for 30 seconds (1
min if doing 2 packages at
once) and mix with whisk
starting in center and
moving outward untill
completely smooth
9. Make sure cake is level
and pour chocolate over
top of cake evenly so it
flows over the side or
frost with spatula if
needed
10. Place cake uncoverd in
refrigerator to cool and
chocolate to set up aprox
1 hr then you may cover if
you
